A sunny day with blue skies is ideal for real estate photography because natural light helps showcase your home at its very best. That said, Florida weather doesn't always cooperate! If needed, I can enhance or replace an overcast sky during editing, but beautiful natural sunshine will always provide the most vibrant and inviting results.

Twilight sessions are typically photographed about 30 minutes before sunset until approximately 30 minutes after sunset. This magical time of day creates a warm, inviting glow that can make a home truly stand out.For the best results, all interior lights, exterior lighting, landscape lighting, and pool lights (if applicable) should be turned on before the session begins.

Virtual Twilight Available

Can’t schedule an evening session or weather doesn't cooperate? No problem! I also offer virtual twilight conversions, where a daytime exterior photo is professionally transformed into a beautiful twilight image. While nothing quite matches the beauty of a true twilight photograph, virtual twilight is an excellent alternative that provides a similar warm, inviting look without requiring a second trip to the property.

Yes! Many distractions can be removed during the editing process. Whenever possible, I prefer to eliminate unwanted items naturally by adjusting my camera angle or moving small objects before taking the photo. This usually creates the most natural-looking result.
